Therapy with CenCal (Medi-Cal) in Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo Counties

I’m in-network with CenCal Health for members who live in Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo counties. If you have CenCal, you may be able to see me via telehealth for covered sessions, and I bill CenCal directly.

Who this is for
CenCal members seeking individual therapy in Santa Barbara or San Luis Obispo County, including teens (13+), adults, and elders.

How it works

  1. Book a free 15-minute phone consultation. If we agree to move forward, we will schedule the first session by email.

  2. I confirm your coverage before we start. (I call them directly)

  3. We begin sessions via telehealth.

Good to know
Insurance-billed therapy generally requires a mental health diagnosis. We’ll talk through what that means before I bill. Most CenCal members pay no copay for covered services, but there may be exceptions.

If you’re not a CenCal member
Sessions are $150. I can provide a superbill for out-of-network reimbursement, and a sliding scale may be available.
